At Ruby Mae Sleepwear, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
Return Process
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for your return in the email. After receiving confirmation from our team, please securely pack the items you wish to return and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, we do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind or misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
